We welcome Sophie our new French chef to Milton Vineyard. Sophie has created a delicious menu showcasing fresh, organic and locally sourced Tasmanian produce. We hope that you enjoy Sophie’s menu whilst relaxing on our sun filled deck overlooking the Vineyard.
Onces Tapas is opened 6 days a week, Thursday – Tuesday from 10am – 5pm.
Onces will be closed every Wednesday… But the cellar door will be opened for tastings and sales!!
Fresh Tasmanian Oysters: 6 Tassie Oysters served with homemade salted butter, sherry vinegar and shallots – $22
